The Performance Lab is where training becomes intentional. Instead of guessing, we start with comprehensive functional fitness testing to understand how your body actually moves, performs, and recovers. Our assessments evaluate key pillars of fitness - including aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, and mobility - and compare your results to established standards to create a clear starting point.
From there, personal training is fully individualized and built around your data, goals, and lifestyle. Every program focuses on functional strength, movement quality, and long-term progress - not random workouts or one-size-fits-all plans. Training is designed to transfer to real life, sport, and everyday movement, while also reducing injury risk and improving efficiency.
Progress doesn’t stop at the first assessment. Retesting allows us to track improvements, adjust programming, and ensure your training continues to move you forward with purpose. Whether your goal is to get strong, move better, return to activity, or simply feel more confident in your body, the Performance Lab provides structured, science-backed approach to performance and longevity.

How It Works
Assess
Every Performance Lab Functional Fitness journey starts with a comprehensive functional fitness assessment. We evaluate key pillars of fitness including aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, and mobility to understand how your body moves, performs, and recovers. This gives us a clear baseline - so we’re not guessing.
Analyze
Your results are reviewed and compared to established standards to identify strengths, limitations, and areas for improvements. This step allows us to see the full picture of your movement and performance, not just isolated numbers.
Train
You’ll work one-on-one with a coach who guides you through your program, adjusts as needed, and ensures you’re training with intention and proper mechanics. Every session has a purpose.
Recover
Recovery is built into the process. We integrate strategic recovery options - stretching, massage, mobility work, and Recovery Room modalities - to support adaptation, reduce soreness, and keep you moving consistently.
Retest & Progress
Progress is tracked through periodic re-testing. This allows us to measure improvement, adjust programming, and keep your training aligned with your goals over time..
Functional Assessment Options
Your journey begins with a Functional Movement Assessment that establishes your baseline and identifies how your body moves, compensates, and performs. We have 3 options that include just the testing itself, testing plus a home program to do at your own time/speed or the assessment plus in-house personal training options.
Option 1: The Basic Functional Movement Assessment

The basic FMA is a deep dive, hands-on fitness assessment designed to analyze how your body moves and performs so we can identify strengths, limitations, compensation patterns and areas needing improvement. This is not a quick gym walkthrough; it’s a detailed performance assessment that provides clarity and direction for your training.

Option 2: The FMA + At Home Program Design
Know exactly what to do next and how to do it well.
For individuals who want more than testing and want a clearer plan and professional guidance on what to do next. This package combines a full movement assessment with a custom program design from your results, followed nu a review session to ensure understanding, accountability and progress.
What’s Included:
A 90-minute Complete baseline performance evaluation measuring aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance testing and a mobility screen.

Option 3: The FMA + Program Design + Personal Training Add On

90-minute assessment discounted rate when you commit to coaching. This option is designed for individuals who want ongoing accountability, coaching support, and personalized guidance. Instead of just learning where you stand, this pathway turns your results directly into a structured training plan with a coach to support your goals.
What’s Included:
Everything for option 2, however adding the personal training component.
$100 off your first month personal training plan.
Built for:
Individuals who are ready to take action, want support through the process and are committed to improving performance with guidance, accountability and expert coaching.

We also have the ability to train with friends and/or family in a Semi-Private setting that make pricing more afforadable:
Semi-Private rules:
Min of 2, Max of 4 people during a semi-private training session
3-month commitment required.
Each person receives individualized programming and coaching within the session.
Ideal for friends, couples, athletes, and accountability groups.
All semi-private attendees in a group must be working out at a same time as their group members every week.
