We specialize in Assisted Stretching, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care and movement-based designed to improve how your body functions- not just how it feels for an hour. Our approach blends mobility, flexibility, strength, and recovery to support long-term movement health, performance and longevity.

Because recovery should be part of the plan- not an afterthought- our Recovery Room features a cold plunge, infrared sauna, and compression therapy, giving your body the tools it needs to reset, rebuild, and perform at its best.

Jocelyn clearly communicates the goal for the session, explains what and why she's doing what she does, and then gently returns the sensitive limb after a stretch.
